This includes warnings, expulsion from the space without a refund, or other measures deemed appropriate. Management is authorized to address anything designed to, or with the clear impact of, making the environment hostile for any participants. We expect participants to follow these rules at all times and related social activities.

Reporting

If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, we encourage you to report it to management as soon as possible. All claims are taken seriously and will be handled. You can make a report either personally or anonymously.

Respect of Time (Keeping meetings running on time, etc)

Please understand that a meeting that runs long for one group infringes on the time of the next person. This can in turn have a snowball effect on the rest of the day’s schedule. If you have booked a conference room for an allotted period, please be sure you do not extend that time. Please do not hold post meeting discussions inside the conference room.

Respect of Space (Cleanliness and use of space)

Keeping our workspaces clean and tidy is a requirement. Please be sure to clean up after yourself both at your workspace and in the common areas. If you choose to use the refrigerator, please label stored food with your name and date. This is a coworking space so a certain level of noise is inevitable. Please try not to disturb those around you with loud conversations. If you do listen to music to focus, please use headphones to minimize distractions.

Use of Technology (Unacceptable websites or images)

The prohibition of certain websites on Clearsuites property is at the sole discretion of management. These include but are not limited to sites with pornographic content, hate speech, or illegal activities.

Covid-19 Policy

Clearsuites management is working hard with CDC and local guidelines to protect the health of our clients. This includes keeping the space clean and sanitized. In order to keep you safe and healthy the following policies are in effect.

Please monitor your health prior to coming into the workspace. If you are ill, have any symptoms (coughing, fever, shortness of breath, etc) please do not come into the space.

Please take your temperature before coming into the workspace.

While in the space, please maintain a distance of at least six feet between you and other coworkers.

Please wipe down all work surfaces with disinfecting wipes provided prior to leaving each day.

Management reserves the right to enforce social distancing rules by limiting the number of people in the space and requiring face masks while using our workspace.
